BYOK integrations

AuthorityNova is an assistive productivity platform and does not guarantee business growth, audience growth, authority, engagement, revenue or any specific outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

Misuse the platform
Generate illegal or harmful content
Attempt scraping or automation abuse
Reverse engineer systems
Exploit bugs or loopholes
Share unauthorized account access

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, omissions or outdated information.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and validating all generated content before publishing.

6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Users utilizing their own API providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or others) are responsible for:

API costs
Third-party billing
Compliance with provider policies

7. Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

Founding Member or Lifetime plans are subject to fair use and sustainability.

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime availability of the product in its current form and is subject to fair usage, platform sustainability, business continuity and abuse prevention.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available after account activation or substantial usage.

Limited exceptions may be reviewed case-by-case.

9. Intellectual Property

AuthorityNova owns all rights related to:

Software
Workflows
Branding
Templates
Technology

Users retain ownership of their uploaded and generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

AuthorityNova shall not be liable for:

Business losses
Missed opportunities
Incorrect AI outputs
Reputation impact
Content performance

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, harmful activity or violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India.
